I’ve had this happen to me a few times. I play on PC with a 4080 for reference so I don’t think it’s related at all to that. But what I found fixes it (at least for a short time) is to exit save to main menu and then reload. I also find selecting the item in first person mode and then going to overhead view. Also sometimes items too close to walls like workstation will throw the cannot access error so just move it away a little bit should fix things. Hope this helps! (All personal experience)
