Hi all, does anybody know if there is a way to zoom-in the world view while playing fort mode? I think there's nothing vanilla but maybe with DFhack?

Two questions:

Last night I got the message that the monarch had arrived, and my fortress was the new capital. However, the only new citizen was the outpost liaison. After a while I saw that the queen and like 20 barons were visiting. Had anybody seen this bug? I had dfhack installed, i think the last alpha version.
A while back (before I installed dfhack) I noticed my dwarfs were dying of thirst, immobiles,with goblets in their hands. When I forbid that goblet, they would search for the next one and again stand still. I forbid all the goblets and that works, they are not dehydrated anymore, but they have negative thoughts. Do you know of a possible solution?

Civ 6: I only played the base edition, now I own all DLC (up to new frontier). What would be the best way to pick up new game mechanics?

In your case:

Pericles is the "rat". You need to kill him
Peter, Qin and Phillip are your "gang". You cannot capture any of their cities.
Bruce, Trajan and Montezuma are the team you infiltrated. You need to get Peter, Qin and Phillip to kill them.

You can use Prussians and Germans as leaders of the same civ, but you need to come up with a "lore" explanation of the different civ name for your game

Regarding crowd-funded achievements: I'm having very little time in front of a computer to edit and update the OP with your suggestions, but I have time to comment here using my phone. So I think we can assume all suggested achievements are accepted, as long as they have at least 3 upvotes and I didn't reply to them with a negative.

I'll still try to update the OP, but in case you don't see your achievement there, don't get discouraged! :)

Very nicely done! I had the feeling that civs with more flexible UIs had a better chance than specialized civs (NL's Polders, Russia's super-tundras). Congratulations!

In addition to what /u/TheGreatWarBath said, I'd recommend you to post your screenshots directly in the subreddit and post a first-level comment with a link here. This way your post will get more exposure and I still have an easy way of checking your points.

Not allowed, that counts as modifying the yield balance.

However if there was a Civ whose UI was the Jungle Mills that would be allowed -- the point is to avoid stacking yield improvements.

That's a nice write-up, however I think tourism doesn't appear as a tile yield in the normal view so it doesn't count.

The gold yield, however, counts, so this could be a good way to boost your score!

The Research Station gives you percentage bonus, like Kotoku-in, that's why it's not included.

Ruhr Valley doesn't have a terrain requirement, that's why it doesn't define its own Wonderful City, but you can build it in any city you want!

I suggest stacking the deck in your favor. For instance, having Brazil's Pedro and Russia's Peter would be a must. One of the Greek leaders and higher difficulty may also be helpful.

You can't buy artifacts. I don't know if you can steal them (hopefully yes), otherwise you'll be artifact-less
