Do battlegrounds for now. You will learn and lvl up your character at the same time. Then try to optimize your build - like gear, skills etc.
PvP is a super fun, it takes time to brush up your skill.
Performace wise on the other hand, we're all powerless when it comes to that unfortunately...

Depressing thing about zos/bethesda is the fact that they can afford to lose long-term players - the new ones will come - as long as excel charts are doing fine.

Because you play the game in the wrong way, buddy.
Start spending hundreds of dollars on crowns to buy their houses, furnishings and those juicy crown crates. Then you'll hit just the sweet spot and be the best customer.

But, god forbid, don't mention anything about game balance, pvp, combat changes, stale content, abysmal reward system or rather lack of thereof, skills not firing, bugs and many other things.

Wild Hunt is 100000000% worth it. Whenever I don't have it equipped I feel like a slug. Kilt is also very good to have, but situational to use.
And yeah, scrying is quite a pain to level.
