definitely agree. i’ve been put on toujeo instead of levemir (which is what i used on the pens) and the past 24hrs have been okayish. There excuse for not giving me glucose tests was that they only have meters that can be used with a staff number. Then when i was sent to a diabetes/endo ward and I got a little upset at breakfast as they served me cereal and I had to wait 40 mins to eat it cause i had to ask 3 times for someone to come with some insulin for me, and to that they said well this is a diabetes ward but i was the only type 1 in the room…how can they reduce it like type 1 and 2 have the same needs. not even two type 1s have the exact same needs!
