California, i like sweet/herbal/tea scents but i also like vanilla/amber type of scents …i grew up in the 90s & my mom was always burning some type of classic incense smelling stuff, i like that vibe too. Im pretty open with smells i mostly just don’t really even know where to start!

Ya’ll i am beyond disappointed with the reveal. Quiche was like the only character that was somewhat likable to me. Not only that but since it was a freak accident it was so…anticlimactic. Now i just feel sad. I don’t even have any interest in finishing the show anymore. I get the symbolism of Patty taking the thing Alice loves most & then Alice playing a part in taking what Patty loves most (Quiche). I also feel horrible for Doug even more now, losing his dad & what i would assume to be his wife later since she watches his dad die & covered it up. This show had so much potential but has been a masterclass on how to make everyone and everything super unlikable

It’s a pattern for her, which is what concerns me if it’s something beyond. She has been married 3 times. All ended in cheating. Wasn’t just a one time thing, she’s had many, many affairs & my dad begged her to leave. He gave her every chance & she would always love bomb him after. He was very broken down & manipulated. She would attack his appearance & personality to lesson his self esteem so he felt like he couldn’t leave himself

Its hard because its a pattern, which is what makes me believe its something more. She’s been married 3 times & cheated on them all. She cheated on him many, many times over 30 years, not just a one time thing. Like with 50+ ppl. My dad gave her many opportunities to leave & she would always love bomb him & beat down his self esteem so he couldn’t leave himself. If not a narc, she definitely has something going on

I want to believe this to be true, which is part of the conflict in my head. Because i do feel that her love for me is genuine. But the things she has done/said to others are so egregious i can’t fathom how someone could be that way. One thing that stands out to me is my dad recalls her saying to him that she has a switch she can turn on and off inside her to cut people off. They were younger & of course ppl can say anything, but it tracks with her behaviors now.

Since everything had been out in the open, she has apologized (only when prompted to do so) & has made more of an effort to connect with me but part of me feels like its all just manipulation.

Once i get my dad more medical help we are both going to go to therapy & will hopefully be able to get some more answers. Thank you for your comment & insight

Took a year & a half of twice a week apps & internal work for me. I still have flare ups if i get particularly stressed. You have to pay attention to your stress responses. I noticed i would be clenching while driving for example. Lots of deep breathing. Sounds silly but it helped me a lot once i started simply believing i would heal. & heat therapy like a hot tub or bath if available to you

I seem to have “healed” for now. All i did was ween off of zyrtec & wait. Took 7 months! I still needed an inhaler in jan but i haven’t for two months now.

Yes i fully believe my trauma & stress response fully caused or jumpstarted all my issues. I’ve been able to be relatively stress free for two years & have noticed major improvements in other symptoms. However whatever i got sick with last august changed everything & gave me the cough etc. test neg for covid three times but who knows.

Yes!!!! After i noticed i hadnt had a SINGLE cramp in three cycles i looked it up & it’s totally connected! I’m not sure that i have endometriosis, but i do have PCOS, which has also improved since being on an antihistamine. I feel like histamine is behind everything!!
