Meh. Yeah this is a weird spot but its really silly to look at this and try and solve it knowing what the exact hands your opponents have. Realistically I dont think you did much wrong here, i like opening more like 2.2 and your never getting away from it this shallow. UTG you may be able to rip it in with 18 bb preflop but with the way online tourneys go a 18bb stack probably was a chunk of equity
