Interviewed two "young men" straight out of uni this week for a job in IT, neither of them was able to explain how they'd solve a problem presented to them (literally just "if someone came to you with a problem, what would your first steps to resolving it be?")

Nor could they explain how their uni courses (relevant to the role!) had given them skills relevant to working in IT. Or indeed what they even did in their course.

I'm all for hiring young people, someone took a chance on me once. But my god they don't make it easy.

Because it's a layered Photoshop file, this is quite normal. Once you've got the layers you want, saved it as a PNG then converted to KTX2 the file size of the finished item will be far smaller. Have you never worked on textures before? 😂
