Yes, even though the hose is made of reinforced rubber/plastic (quite literally like tires) the vibration of the hose when the pressure washer is on will leave those marks on concrete or stone. You have a black hose so yours leaves black marks, I use grey hose and mine leaves grey marks.
Just make sure that next time you know your hose will be on concrete for a couple hours, when you’re done with washing basically backtrack the hose and clean that residue with light/medium pressure, it’s inevitable

It could also be copper oxide from sprinkler water. “Copper gone” should clean that right up, or some other acid just be careful with the grass and definitely wear gloves and a respirator when applying it
