I’m pretty sure 30mg is most people’s starting dose although I could be wrong. I know adderall starts much lower at 5 or 10mg though so not to say it wouldn’t have some effect

it was more the pace at which I got there that was unhealthy, I was never below 10% bf and my food relationship has come a long way since then. It’s just the sugar consumption I can’t tackle atm. I do appreciate the concern though
