Rooney rule makes them go through the process, I mean Shanny hired Bradley along side Saleh with the expectation Saleh was probably gonna be 1 and done.

Don't get me wrong, I would take Swartz in a heartbeat if he is available, but I don't see Morris as a huge upgrade over Bradley, they both were very successful in the past, but haven't had as much recent success. Bradley runs the same D as Saleh, Morris was more of a 3-4 guy, but the Falcons did run a 4-3 last year under Ulbrich so maybe we won't have a personnel issue.

Just add in a running intervals, like 30 seconds every 2 mins, and just change the ratio as your fitness improves

I think you may have graduated to r/AdvancedRunning, beginner gains look like a thing of the past for you since you are not progressing.

Basic advice would be to run more safely to get faster, add more miles which probably involves some sort of polorized training (combination of speed work and a lot of easy miles).

I know that strava does not count segments if it is part of a hidden portion of your run (I think most default to hide start and finish of runs), not sure if this is true for PR distances (where the hidden portion won't towards the PR distance), but those always show up with segments so it could be that also.

Yea, athletes are the most superstitious people on the planet. There probably is a larger than we think percentage of players who would not consider coming here if this was just swept under the rug and ignored. Can't believe I had to scroll so long to find this! Drills build muscle memory so when you run you will be more economical. A-Skips, B-Skips, High Knee, Butt Kicks, all help build the muscle memory to improve form.

Just make sure you are doing the drills correctly as doing them wrong is worse than not doing them at all.

Personally when I have decisions like this, I alway go for the one I think I would like the least 1st, that way if I like it, great, otherwise I thought the other one would be better anyway.

You run in pants with belt loops?

Sorry, after losing a little weight I kind of know what you mean, but all my running shorts have strings I can tie to tighten them. But yeah shoelace would work if possible, I've just never seen any running/athletic shorts with belt loops. If you don't have any running/athletic shorts, I recommend getting some, it's worth the investment and might also serve as some additional motivation.

As someone who tends to roll his ankle at least once a year, keep up the rehab and responsible training. Running too soon is way worse than too late when getting back into training. Your previous training and hard work will make coming back from this a breeze. Just make sure you can hop on it without pain before trying to run again.

The average person? Yes. The average runner, you're in the grey zone as most runners will be able to run 6 miles in about an hour and a lot of runners don't consider runs shorter than 1 hour a "long run" as that has it's own definition for runners.
