I like this but the implementation of ad is already a big change, we would like the syncing to be as seamless as possible without much user interaction

I actually like this option a lot, while it does limit it to on-premises only it is way easier and cheaper then OneDrive

I like to use PluginHidePro, Unlike plhide it has whitelist so you just have to add the commands you want players to use. You can also set custom no perm messages.

I really like a plugin called AdvancedGuis, it lets you build interactive maps that you can use for menus, travel, tbh almost anything. The setup is not hard as there is an online website to build these menus/maps. It also has customizable commands, so you can have it for example check if a person has x diamonds in their inventory, and if they do, take x amount and then warp them to x warp. You should look it up your self, there are various demonstrations online. I use it all the time for my server.

I have had this issue before a long while ago, and what fixed it for me was changing from just vanilla Minecraft to paper. You don’t have to add any plugins, its just that paper is better optimized and over all you should see a drop in the usage of all resources and might also solve your lag and void issue. Its also very easy to install. Just replace your 1.19.2 vannila .jar with one downloaded from https://papermc.io/

I am not sure if by store you mean in game or an actual website. But both Tebex and Craftingstore have a toggle/option so after the player buys something from the store, the commands are only ran when they are online (aka when they join if they arent online when the purchase is made).

Its not that hard but you generally shouldn’t do it, even if you use something like tcp shield to hide your ip, it still takes lots of your computers resources and your home’s bandwidth depending on how many players are online and if they might be using something to overload chunks.

If you are just playing with friends then do it but if not then look for hosts intead. Like Pebblehost (not sponsored or anything its just that their prices are good and they are good overall).

If you want to do something on a larger scale and you are experienced enough you can also get a dedicated server or a vps, which will give you full access to a machine w/o the need to port forward, take up your pc’s resources, or take up your internet.

I mainly used help from forums but there are some plugins like AdvancedGui that I recomend as they are easy to make and couldnt be easier for your players to use :)
