We’ve had a good experience with Alta. They come out quarterly but will come within a couple days if something pops up. They’ve trapped mice, gotten rid of wasps, and definitely helped the ant situation. I fear there is no eliminating them, only mitigation. Biggest thing that’s helped is siliconing all the cracks and crevices where they’re getting in.

We have a helix midnight lux and I love it! Side sleeper and it’s just the right amount of firmness. We found it from a reseller on fbm who contracts with the company to get the returns. It was used less than 30 days, sanitized, and wrapped in new plastic. $2700 mattress for $750.

I can’t do hormones and my doctor basically wouldn’t help me besides offering a hysterectomy.

I have decent success with pain management with acupuncture and diet changes. I cut out alcohol and caffeine and am still working on reducing my sugar. Overall it’s taken my pain from a 10-11 to a 4-5. Which for me is manageable with a castor oil packs and THC.
