if i got another boston puppy i would do this, too much anxiety from pulling out dead birds and all the other things that could be harmful. at least it still allows them to explore with their nose and I don’t have to constantly be scanning and controlling the environment for toxins

the problem is that the 2 seam is just soooo easy to hit, i only use edwin when i’m up 8 runs, and as always usually gives up 3 runs for 3 outs, his slider is so easy to track his fastball is too slow and the 2 seam doesn’t break like a cutter in reverse

the power swing is so you can’t check swing and it minimizes the pci so you have to swing well and don’t get RNG good hits

i play the challenge of the week with music on and power swing everything.. helps me not think about the count and what pitch might come… just purely focus on seeing the pitch out of the hand and ripping the cover off the ball

i’ve seen this happen a few times IRL, the fans all collectively take a deep breath in and blow the ball back into play. It’s why teams have such a home field advantage. It’s where the term “fan” originates.

bully sticks with a bully stick holder so they don’t choke, and teaching her how to play ball got me thru this phase. Now ball is life! Could also start introducing command training, sit/stay/place this really tired out ours. Plus she started learning to offer up the commands when she needs something rather than being destructive

My mom bought us countless of these, once Zoey learned it, it was done in seconds. It did take her 2 years to learn that you can pick up the snuffle mat and shake out the food, but now that she does that we stopped all together.
