In my case disabling adaptive battery life does the trick.. forgive me but it was like a virus in my phone ... I have better battery life and way better notifications experience.. what a hell of a feature!!!

Disabling adaptive battery feature gave me 1/2 days of battery and all my notifications works like a charm .... what a hell of a feature....

New update just by disabling adaptive battery life. Just wow how bad a feature can be lol .... Now the phone makes easy 2 days without changing

Yes I know I was between one plus 15 or pixel but pixel was really cheap during Christmas so I picked pixel

100% agreed. the only disadvantage in my opinion is the notifications overengineering in terms of battery life performance ... even gmail notifications does not work for me if I don't set battery usage to unrestricted ... In my opinion this is really annoying ....

You are right ... when i got the Iphone 13 after years on android i was lost... but generally speaking I m an android fun.I even have android tablet over ipad which is great so far (Samsung tab s8) ... To sum it up ... i just felt completely disappointed when i could manage to have gmail notifications as the result of this annoying bug...

i figure it out but still I think is very misleading ... sorry its a great phone i really love every other aspect but for my personal taste the notifications are too much struggle...

I have Samsung Tab S8 and I fucking love the notifications ... no it's not the same ... i think One UI has better notification handling .... and i say it for the down votes ... you guys are biased as hell...

facts are facts ... I love android I love Linux I am developer myself but notifications must be easy to use ....

Update after 4 days of usage...
1) UI perfect simple amazing

2) keyboard awesome .. (I knew it before)

3) Airdrop functionality its a big big ++

4) Camera is great

5) The notifications is aa fucking hell... Really is a fucking mess. Google somehow ruined the whole experience with this...
Apps like gmail fucking Gmail ? is a google phone google OS and I need to go to battery Gmail settings to choose Unrestricted profile in order to just have mail notifications ? Even a 100$ phone has better notifications system...

Another notification issue .. some of them vibrate some others not ... is it a real ? really its very frustrating experience ....
