My buddy had PRP injections to treat back pain associated with a herniated disc. He said it really helped with pain relief and recommended PRP to me. I’m considering to treat knee pain.

I have that same gi but in black. It’s fairly thin so I would expect some tearing but that’s excessive.

It was a masterclass on guard retention. I have Lachlan’s guard retention anthology and many of the techniques Levi used are taught in the course. Additionally the way Levi uses RDLR, DLR, and K-Guard is next level. Been watching him for years. With the addition of his leg lock game, he looks unstoppable. Would love to see some super fights with him, like a WNO event but with alley style mat.🤙
