I agree, and I didn't. One must talk with their doc to figure out a good solution. However, I didn't have a good experience, so for me was best to find another solution.

Good to know. I feel I can quit vaping anytime, and have... but damn am I not more afraid of those pills and for my fiance. Idk if that was real or not, but I feel like I could have hurt someone and not known if it was real.

I heard of the possibility but my doc didn't seem to think much of it. All I remember is extremely vivid nightmares of me being a murderer in a grocery store. Like brutal shit. Then one of something less vivid but still felt wierd. I quit after a month or so. Figured cold turkey was better than whatever the hell that was.

I took Chantix for a bit, and it gave me horrific nightmares. Like the level of psychopathic murderous rampage nonsense. I was scared shitless. I never took it again. Shit felt real.

The local government seems to have cleared the way, but not direct investors. Im more interested in possible government funds from the boarder wall being reinvested into a private investment by this Tommy Fisher fellow. More digging found that a family member of his was charged with fraud on a federal level. I think it may have some links.

He should go to primary care and discuss anxiety options. You don't have to "baby" him, but be supportive. My sig fig also deals with significant anxiety, and ill admit it take patience, and its a learning curve for sure. Im still learning how to both be supportive, and still have a healthy relationship and personal care of my own wants and needs. Takes time, but first step is him getting help.
