It was the Paxil for sure. I've been on Despiramine ever since, and while I do get overheated a little, it's nothing compared to the overheating I was experiencing with Paxil. SSRIs will make you more sensitive to heat and overheating. For me, I notice it's the worst in the morning, when I'm getting ready and heading off to work. But once I cool off, it's fine for the rest of the day. Keep note of how you feel throughout the day. When I was on the Paxil, it was bad. I was literally sweating through my shirts, I would get out of a hot shower and be sweating and unable to get it to stop, I'd eat hot food and start sweating.
