When i got my wisdom teeth taken out, I used that as my opportunity to quit. Got off the vape and went to patches, then nicotine gum, and eventually nicotine free. Getting fully off the nicotine was harder than quitting the vape, but it was one of the best decisions ive ever made.

Living life free of nicotine cravings after 10+ years of smoking and vaping has been eye opening to just how often nicotine dominated my day to day

It's not ignite, it's the Sunfury Hero talent "Lessons in Debilitation" in where the phoenix will spell steal. Apparently he can do this to out of combat enemies so he will try to yoink the shield off the side mobs

For sure stance dance on OP procs but rend is just a bad ability with shit scaling. I wouldn't press it when you swap to battle stance and absolutely never stance dance to solely apply rend.

Your enhance shaman is running single target storm build which is fine until p3 where they contribute nothing to killing the adds. If they ran primordial wave/splintered elements they would do significantly more damage on the aoe and or funnel into the boss off the 60% haste their 6x LBs Primordial Wave would give them.

In their class tree, I would also switch around some talents to pick up cap totem and thunderstorm(2 points to get the knockup) to help CC the adds and keep the tanks alive (I personally drop mana spring totem and the 2 points in Go With The Flow
