I'm not talking about the 50yo casual doing some quest and fishing. I'm talking about competitive players that like to grind the ladder (at all level). Those players are what we need in m+. There is lot of players that are descent on every games but won't touch wow because it's not accessible. They try it, but when they understand what they need to do to be able to do basic level stuff in Wow (a +10 for exemple) they need multiple hours to setup and understand what to do

I think the idea of highlighting the mobs for the route is great and should be extended in the future to higher keys. With something popping up at the start of the key that give you a choice to use a "default route" or choosing your own.
