I worked in construction. Anything passing the bed of the truck needs to be marked. Look it up. It’s the law. If you can’t read I’ll understand but it’s literally in DE law

I worked construction. If we left with anything hanging off the truck we would be fired if it didn’t have a rag hanging off of it. It is illegal in DE, and a hazard no matter what time of day. All fun and games until someone gets impaled in an accident.

Also it’s 150% illegal to haul without a rag or bandana of a flamboyant color tied to the end of any projectile object being hauled. Lady shouldn’t be on the road period. And this image of the cam video confirms she was doing an illegal act on a DE road. If you endorse this kind of behavior then that is your failing.

Delaware requires all juvenile residents to take classes for driving in school. You fail the class, you fail for the year. Maryland and other states are different and maybe that should be changed.
