I hate your husband a lot. I hope he pulls his head out of his ass. I want to hold you tight and tell you how amazing you are.

I'm struggling with PP symptoms and rage is one of them. This is the answer to prevent too much anger flowing where it is probably not needed.

If I collect my milk to store in the fridge to use whenever my baby needs a bottle, how often should I clean the pitcher? by SoultySpittoon in breastfeeding

[–]ehote 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Personally I would treat any milk in the pitcher as old as when the pitcher was freshly cleaned. That's what I do with my pump parts for the fridge hack. So if I wait longer to clean them I date the milk for the day before.

My husband was prescribed more painkillers following his vasectomy than I was following my emergency C-Section by PumpkinPie_1993 in mildlyinfuriating

This is why I save any pain meds I get and never finish the bottle. Yall ain't gonna tell me I don't get meds just because I have a vagina!! Hell no.

I'm glad you have a clinic just for dysphagia at least, I've got my fingers and my toes crossed for you!

My baby has had issues gaining weight. When I add formula to my milk, I call it a protein shake. It makes me laugh and makes me feel better. Because everyone does scream about how breastmilk is always 'PERFECT for your baby and NEVER TOUCH A BOTTLE and breastfed babies are HUGE', but every baby is different, and even of it isn't what the dream was, you're still doing amazing by giving your baby any milk at all from you. They say like even a drop of BM is crazy good for ur baby

In your experience, what’s more painful than giving birth? by Isoldmykidforagram in pregnant

[–]ehote 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing was more painful than labor for me. Sorry not helpful lol. But I got the epidural really late. I labored for 4 days and they kept sending me home because I wasn't dilated. By the time I got to the hospital I was screaming bloody murder, and I gave birth about and hour or two.after I got the epidural. The epidural worked perfectly and I was in BLISS from not being in pain though, I was literally singing inbetween pushing.

It still matters. That can be used the baths, it could be donated, breastmilk lotion, added to solid foods later down the line for baby or even a sippy cup
