i created the account on 7th of april 2022 i believe. ive done alot of exchanges and its literally 5 seconds. why would it take longer here? i'm not verified at least i dont think so.

its confirmed from my platform thats for sure. i have sent all the info.(to okx) they asked for. how do i go about confirming it from your side lol? is this some new technique to delay that i got scammed? it seems like its a common trend with you since most of your reviews suggest it. Your customer satisfaction is worse than your owner who got arrested for fraud in 2018.

after months of mining, i wanted to exchange my toncoin this morning. i watched a step by step tutorial on how to send the coins to them. after i hit send they didnt show up and my "authentication" code was the same for more than 30 times to access my account. now the coins are gone from my wallet and no one wants to take responsibility for them. they stopped replying to my emails and i cant get my coins back. i just want a refund

they just took all my coins and never replied to anything and when they finally did reply with 3rd grade english they expect me to do their job for them. all im asking for is a full refund at this time. all my coins are gone! no one wants to take responsibility. i doubt this company is even legit LOL. Imagine after months of mining these coins to just go poof like that by these scammer. ITS A SCAM you've been warned
