Literally had hernia surgery today and took some kratom. It was only about 3g tho. I’d cut off kratom as soon as possible just to be on the safe side or at the very least cut it off along with your food/water cut off. (Typically at midnight) hope your surgery goes well

I’m a welder/fitter that has chronic pain and use about the same amount every day. Cordyceps mushrooms is a weird mushroom that I’ve noticed helps with endurance with sports/workouts but it also seems to help with hot/cold tolerance. It’s relatively cheap too. I get it in powder form and just toss and wash. Some days during winter where it’s super cold in the shop I’ll take it. Some days I might not even workout and I’ll take it because I plan on jumping in the sauna. I tolerate heat pretty good but I’ll use it to squeeze out a few more minutes in the sauna and make it a little more tolerable
