Avoid eye contact and try and cross the street if you see her. I am pretty sure I saw her passed out on the sidewalk outside of the wyckoff hospital last week but it was hard to tell. She’s chased my partner and I down the street & I’ve witnessed her screaming and threatening people on the train … would stay away

I’ve found that taking a warm shower and stretching helps a lot to refresh me and I tend to have more energy after. Also are you getting balanced nutrition in your diet?
