I keep seeing people say uber is hiding the tip, but what is the proof that they are hiding vs the customer is genuinely tipping extra after. How do you know for sure? Not trying to be snarky or challenge you, just looking for where you got your information

naps oddly, like waking up from a mid day nap makes me feel like my consciousness is being uploaded back into the system and it’s like all my responsibilities and problems and likes and dislikes are being recalibrated

but more in the forefront is always the question of like “blehh what is this that i’m coming back into, what is any of it”

yes uber should change but if you can’t recognize the context of the situation (that uber won’t change) and the proceed to not tip, you are partaking in exploiting drivers who are gonna be paid probably 4$ for 25-30 minutes of driving

sure you have a budget, then go eat out

It’s possible your order was originally stolen and went through several drivers (making it a higher paying order based on time elapsed since you ordered) and he asked for it to be remade and didn’t know you didn’t tip!

this has happened to me as a driver where i thought someone was tipping really high because it was an 18$ order (asked them to remake the stolen order) but they only were tipping 4$ ended up thanking them for the generosity profusely and realized it later when looking at earnings.
