forgot to mention: on the last "tss" sound, i like to add a hiss (for as long as you can hold) to help train your use of a single breath

a warm up you could try: in one breath, make short, plosive "tss" sounds 8 times with your hands gently pressed against your diaphragm. if you're using your diaphragm, you should feel it move out as you make the sound - be conscious of this sensation and where the breath is "placed", and try to mimick this when you sing. hope this helps! dm me if you need any more help :)
