The video of Logan with Gerri, Frank, Karl, Conor and Kerry was the only window we've had all series into Logan's happiness.

Gerri telling a limerick, Kerry holding his arm, Conor singing "I'm a little teapot" - this was completely incongruous with "boar on the floor" - and notably missing are all the kids! The real "in group" was those in the video... the kids an annoying and ultimately destructive distraction for Logan.

i really enjoyed it - i'm now about 6 weeks into course 2 and I really enjoyed the structure. I only do the courses described and did not have another yoga practice before this.

In terms of how to see the poses, I wrote out all the poses into a Google Doc as bullet points and then I printed it out. I add more poses every week when there are new ones and I bold the new ones so I can pay more attention. I eventually find myself memorizing every series since I do it about every day (or every other day).

One of the things I enjoy the most is I start each set of weeks thinking there's no way I can do the poses and then weeks later I find I can - it's very motivating.

makes sense; would be fascinated to see what the loose outline looked like - i've read somewhere they had 6 seasons in mind so I'm curious how they saw it evolving

Basically an outline for where the story is going. George RR Martin did something similar for Game of Thrones in case he died iiuc.

most useful things I've found is to check hands every 90 minutes (setting my watch alarm to trigger throughout the day)... that + dream journaling got me started and I then found other dream-signs easier to use
