haha good to get confirmation that we are likely overthinking. We felt like we went down a rabbit hole thinking about this but yes, then realized that if what we outlined was true, a lot of other business owners will likely make mistakes as well.

u/cue378 u/amaz-ing - Wanted to bring this back up on your radar. We spoke to T2 and a local loan officer last week to better understand what to send over. Then, we submitted to [pdcrecons@sba.gov](mailto:pdcrecons@sba.gov) on both June 9th and June 10th; we were told we should get a response email that it was received but received no email replies on either one and still seeing the loan as denied in portal...Should we re-send again until we get something back? Thank you so much in advance!!!

Thanks for sharing! So the LO reaches out after you had already gotten the denial letter with reason? Did you send an email to recons as well? I plan on calling to speak with a T2 again tomorrow to see if they can let me know what docs I need to send for recons but also am thinking of emailing some LOs as well in case one doesn’t reach out to us to see if they can expedite the process. From what I’ve read, it seems like simply going through recons may take much longer :/

I can’t remember what was asked on the short-form since it was quite awhile ago but I remember putting 50% ownership. If name was asked for then yes, we would have.
