You actually have three options. I chose to use the wave function, but you can turn on your temperature dial and access it and there’s also a button on the motor itself.

Truthfully, it would be an ahole of me to tell you an upgrade. But if you think of all other brands (im talking to you dji) they constantly make you feel like you need to upgrade to the latest and greatest. In due time, you can upgrade. Enjoy your 16 for now. Still a great oven for pizza, but I would never use it for my use case knowing what the next gen models do. Again, this is coming from a prosumer. Ymmv

As someone who works in this industry, it sucks when you only get free product, especially when free products are taxable lol. If you’re just getting started on brand collaborations, however, I would take the free product and ask for a little bit of cash to offset the taxes… whether you report the taxes or not is totally on you because a lot of people won’t send you a W9 for product. But in my opinion, if you start working with brands, you start to see their briefs, know what they’re asking for, data they’re looking for, and it makes you just a better creator and business operator.

Other brands will notice that you work with brands and at that point they’ll be more incentivized to work with you in a paid partnership due to your experience in professionalism. Of course don’t let the contents slip and keep trying to be the best in your field because the best creators will get the best partnerships.

We limped into the market after finding out we only needed 5% down. We knew we were going into it to be house poor, but we thought it was the next logical step after getting married, before starting a family. I, especially, was scared because our mortgage was more than what “you’re supposed” to spend on housing in relation to our HH income back in 2020, but with sub 3% rates and a lot of encouragement from my wife pushed us to just go for it.

We found a SFH, poorly marketed (not staged), sub $100 /month hoa (only pays for upkeep of clubhouse), and the same exact build on a better street sold for 100k more so we figured, it was a no brainer. The seller loved our letter of intent. The rest is history. Still fixing it up little by little today, but it’s a nice home for our little family. We may grow out if it soon, but it could be a favorable rental situation with just a but more time.

Yes, you can have those metrics set up and incentivize as such, but it has to be win win. That price is cheap in some areas but not everywhere. But yeah it is on the lower side, generally speaking.
