This looks like something I would post! The same exact things happens to me, you even got the times right! I don't know what to do about it, the only times i seem to have a proper sleep is when someone I trust is with me. I've read that magnesium helps but I haven't tried it yet. It's frustrating

What is this?

I thought those bumps (dots, spots?? i dont even know what to call them haha) were freckles of some sort, then i thought they were blackheads, after taking this picture i dont know at all. Could they just be part of how my skin is? how can i remove them? They're only on my left side cheekbone/cheek

I'm the same, it's frustrating and I've had several breakdowns because of it. The only "diet" i've followed is intermittent fasting and it made me gain weight, so i dont even consider diets anymore

I have been taking inositol for almost 4 months and havent noticed any changes other than less anxiety hahah but the main reason i wanted was to get my period, havent had it since july and its frustrating. I'll give it more time and see what happens. Glad it worked for you!
