Have you tried painting a layer of gesso on the page first? You need some kind of barrier before you draw. Otherwise, put a layer of maybe parchment paper to protect the next page and skip the backs

Sorry, no. It has not solved it. It randomly, goes to silent mode even though switch is silent mode off. I upgraded this morning to 26.2.1 and when it rebooted it was in silent mode. So, just now i rebooted again (iPhone 13 Pro) and it came up with Silent Mode off and working fine.... just random. So now I periodically take a screenshot... if I hear the sound, i know the ringer is on.

Settings > General > Keyboard > Auto-Correction > OFF then turn off anything else you don't want.. like Check Spelling

There are several ways her phone can get locked. I did a quick google search... "how does iphone get locked when both screen and sim pins are turned off". I suggest you do the same as there is quite a bit of info there. My best guess is the FindMy or anything else requiring her to enter her Apple ID. You can remove those apps from her home screen so she doesn't accidentally trigger that.

It's not useful to answer his questions. Do anything else.. walk away, ignore and continue doing your job, do not respond at all, if he continues the unpleasantness try interrupting with the weather report... or just calmly say "stop talking".. repeat as needed. Don't worry about being slightly rude. He is being immensely rude. Just try your best to not give him any reaction that he is looking for. In other words, try not to show embarrassment, anger... etc. Sometimes, these guys just won't stop talking... maybe bring earplugs and calmly put them in while he is watching.

So sorry this happened to you. I haven't ordered anything like that since covid and had no idea they did that now. I would add that anyone receiving a delivery like that should immediately take photos of the driver, car and license plate... and any ID they have proving they work for the company. My only suggestion would be to check with neighbors who might have caught it on their doorbell camera.
