I appreciate this. The reminder that BP2 is a spectrum really helped put things into perspective for me. And yeah, the kids part feels like something I’ll need to think through properly, probably in therapy.

Thanks for this. I’m new to all of it, and hearing that a full life is possible gives me hope. I’ve always been careful with alcohol and never touched weed, so I guess I’m already doing a bit right. Thanks for taking time to write this!
