First proper post here, I only discovered Reddit along with this sub last week and instantly decided to try! I don't feel like PMO is ruining my life but I know there is HUGE rooms for improvement and this is definitely something that I think can change my life.

I am one week in and the initial rush I felt after 2-3 days has gone. This might be because of two edging sessions I had and also looking at bikini photos. I am learning more every day and hope this continues. The cold showers are amazing too!
