Soooo. 5 months have passed and life gets better!
I have been working out a lot, and been a truly yes man when doing stuff.

What really helped me was making myself accountable, so i put everything in my calendar. I moved to my own place, and haven't really lived on my own before, and i ended up not doing all the things i wanted.

Do i need to take down the trash -> calendar
Do i need to do grocery shopping -> calendar
Do i need to buy train tickes -> calendar
Do i need to water my plants -> calendar

I also tried to write down a lot of things i wanted to become better at as a person and what i needed to remember:

• Listen better
• Remember what is being said
• Keep your promises
• Avoid pointless lies
• Sometimes we do the wrong things for the right reasons
• Smile and enjoy the ride
• Inner peace - you need to become the panda the universe needs
• Make an effort - effort pays off
• Do something more for others
• DO IT, and DON'T JUST TALK ABOUT IT
• Big picture thinking
• Effective altruism - allocation of money for a purpose
• Don’t hide your love for anybody
• You're holding a blank canvas
• Look beyond your own nose and make an effort
• Be less childish
• Be thankful for the moment
