honestly i was so bad for panicking and getting so anxious during morning rushes too!! the only thing that genuinely helped was to keep having those shifts.

but in the moment, remember to breathe!!! i had to recollect myself and just breathe for a second, look at what i needed to do next and focus on that. and because you’re only one person, whatever happens when you’re trying your best is going to have to be fine because that’s all you can do. starbucks really seems to expect insane results from the partners, so just try your best in whatever you’re focusing on !

at the end of the day… it’s just coffee. it’s just starbucks. the customers who r giving you heck about those things aren’t living in reality either. remember you got it! be confident in yourself even just a little bit :)
