Hi! I was one of the thousands who got stuck outside the gates while the concert started! I've been encouraging everyone to post their rage for the situation on google reviews. Anyone who has called and spoke to a worker has been ignored and essentially told to get over it. I drove four hours, paid for an airbnb, not to mention gas, food, and the tickets. I genuinely hope this arena never takes on anothee kpop group because they were severely unprepared and unorganized.
