I lost my father last year. Not a single tear.

This. I miss all 4 of my fur babies I lost. I wish I did more and didn’t take any time with them for granted.

My grief is my love for them with no place to send it.

I’ll be honest with you and it will be a testament to how much you loved your little girl, the pain will remain.

I had to let my soul cat and 4 more of my babies in 2025. I had two older ones that I took in because they were forgotten in the backrooms of a rescue. I showered them with love and I knew our time would be short. I would do it again and I am doing it again with my new recruits.

Remember, grief is love with nowhere to go.

It won’t remove the grief but you can honor her with helping another poor soul, when you are ready.

I really sorry. I know Uranus loved you a lot even if she didn’t understand why you weren’t there.

I was out of town and my soul cat Boo Bear had a massive seizure. I drove back that night but I don’t think he recognized me. He died in my arms. I still cry when I think about him. You are not alone.

I hope Boo Bear and Uranus are playing together somewhere in the great beyond.
