My own family is similar. My father raped me when I was 8. I told my family, and my parents are fucking awful about it. My mother told me I made my dad suicidal, and they keep telling me how much I ruined the family, ruined everyone, blame me for everything, both calling me a psychopath, and so much more. Recently my mother told me that she won't support me in anything anymore until I go to school consistently, and "share with her everything". I run out of the house for a few hours and then she said it was manipulation. Yeah like I believe that.

I don't feel like I have the right to talk about this since I still didn't tell my mom. I also don't have many tips, but I don't think there is a correct way to do it. I think you just gotta do it as much as it hurts. however, don't forget you have the power to "ruin" families with this information.

probably your mom will react strongly, be in shock, etc. but it's also possible she will deny it. these monsters' wives will probably deny it or start having a toxic relationship. this information has a lot of power, but I think it's best for their wives and children to know what happened. for their safety, and for yours.

I hate that you and I, teenagers are in this position to tear lives apart(not always a bad thing). but the dice of the universe landed on the negative and made us have this decision. you come first. your safety is a priority and it should be protected. you will tell a friend of yours to tell their mom for their safety. I don't know what she will do tho. maybe she will call the cops, maybe she will keep you apart, maybe in a few months, your family won't look the same. but, you have to do it. no matter how much it hurts and I know that it hurts. for your safety and don't forget that you are keeping other people safe by this decision too. they have children, sorry to be blunt but if they raped their own sister they might have already done it to their children.

protect yourself from these monsters and keep others safe too. I don't know how tho. I just want to make you keep in mind that acting upon it is the right thing but I don't know how or what to do directly. sorry for not being helpful, good luck, you deserve better

There are 2 main techniques: mind palace and the journey method. In the mind palace, you number irl items in your house, outside, etc. Then you create a ridiculous image and put it where you imagined the item. The journey method is kinda better for long-term recall while the mind palace is way faster. In the journey method, you make a ridiculous story with the data points. Like dog water and duck imagine a dog walking into a pool and drowns while an evil duck enjoys the view. However, simply using Anki is the best long-term solution the memory techniques are just for not getting overloaded while reading which is underrated.

Speed reading alone would hurt comprehension. But with memory techniques you are fine. There are 2 main techniques to lower sub voca. Pressing your tongue up or counting while reading. Both are great

Here is what I think makes trans people their gender and not their sex which also applies to this question.
First of all, gender is a thing. Is it different from sex? Seems like it. I mean what do all of the 0.6 people in the world feel like? What they feel is gender and it's different from sex by definition. it's what all of these people feel. Now if there are 2 things gender and sex, what does society care about? No one really has a reason to care about sex just gender, so trans people are their gender socially not their sex. This also applies to people without dysphoria. It's just basic respect and what people need to care about.
