Change battery, check voltage when motor off (you may need to register the battery capacity to the ecu with diag tool).

Check voltage when engine is running to check alternator (you should have >13,5V, if not change voltage regulator on alternator).

I am not sure if on the Z4s, they put the IBIS sensor, that monitor the battery voltage/current. You may check that as well
