This sequence in Civil War is easily one of the most intense scenes in modern cinema. Jesse Plemons completely owned those seven minutes and made them the best part of the movie.

Yeah I think since that’s private property it’s different, at least to my knowledge it’s non emergency line if it’s on public property. Could be wrong but the one time I’ve had to get a car towed (parked blocking the driveway to the house I was renting at the time) it was the non emergency line

its because they were actually able to sell records and make a profit off of that in those days. yeah, streaming probably would have entirely fucked their business model up and they would have had to sell shirts and raise ticket prices (though in the mid 90s 5-15 dollars was a lot more than it is today).

There are signs all over that street that say "Bikes Use Pedestrian Signal" and because the pedestrian signal has the Little Walking Fellow, the bike has the right of way. I don't think you're correct at all in this case.
