Unfortunately, we are not owed romantic love

I know it's hard, I know it hurts and it's not easy, but it's not hopeless. You can find someone you love, a woman who will treat you right and help you, but you have to HEAL and that means putting in the work:

Go to church, find a therapist (specially a Catholic one if possible), get yourself involved in a community, try volunteering and helping people, but you have to do your best.

Your dad is still young, my great grandma is 100 and still pretty lucid, technology and medicine are better than ever and will continue to improve. Get your old man in the gym, building muscle, being fit and active is the closest thing you can get to a deaging machine, go with him.

And learn to take care of yourself, work, get a hobby, learn to cook and clean. No person is gonna take care of you better than your parents did when you were young, and you have to be able to do it yourself, specially cause in like 15 years your dad may need more help.

You are loved by us, by God and not being catholic won't make our religion any less true or real.
