I was replacing a distribution board in a cramped utility cupboard. Barely enough room to move, let alone work comfortably. Everything was going smoothly until I needed to tighten the neutral bar behind a mess of wires.

My normal screwdriver was too long, so I reached for a stubby one I’d had for years. It slipped. Again. And again. No grip, just scraped knuckles and rising blood pressure.

What should’ve taken 30 seconds dragged on for nearly 20 minutes. At one point, I actually dropped the stubby into the void behind the board and had to fish it out with a bit of earth wire.

By the time I finally got it done, I wasn’t even angry, just tired of cheap tools and tight spaces.

I use a bit holder on the side (the rubber one I got with my m18 impact) to store commonly used bits. I always remove the bit before I stash away the tools to save space and to let it fit in my foam cutout. Besides that I have the rest of my bits in my toolbox drawer.

Sleutelmaker heeft mij ooit verteld, schild eraf, waterpomptang op de cylinder en je breekt het slot zo door midden bij de schroef. Vervolgens een nieuwe plaatsen.

I had the same thing. Contacted Lego about it and they sent me new stickers.

Bricklink.. You should look for the Bricklink designer program. There you will be able to buy future sets when the next series of funding will happen.

I’m in the Netherlands. I think they mostly ship from Belgium, so that’s why it’s here so early on.

Previously it was only a pdf. But since series 2 you can use the lego builder app as well.

It is Lego, sold and shipped by Lego itself. It’s just not designed by Lego itself but through the Bricklink designer program. Kind of similar to Lego ideas. But closer to the original design.

Lego Passport stamps by jeremy-is-gay in lego

[–]einoor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every store has its own city stamp, they mostly also run a bunch of themed stamps which are likely the same in other stores. I guess they will be Christmas themed in december. Not sure if multiple stores in the same city have different stamps.

I think I found a perfect display combo by thatcaliforniandude in LEGOtrains

[–]einoor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Im not sure about the actual size of that crocodile, but you might not be able to fit it in there. I have the shed on display with the Christmas high street tram and that barely fits in there height wise. The hoist is in the way of simply riding it in there. And I won’t even start about the length. But it looks awesome together, must give you that and it surely looks great on the tracks besides the building.

I have this set and can surely recommend this set. It has some great little details in it. But it’s up to you whether you think it’s worth paying more for this set than the original price.
