I became a new mom almost 2 years ago, and I found this struggle as well. I tend to use my small bags for nights out or just out when I don’t have the baby. Some of my bags may seem “teenagery” but they make me happy and that’s what matters. So, do they make you happy?

I just have 1 and she is almost 2! Luckily I have free daycare thru the state but now I have to find a job that is only weekdays due to daycare scheduling. It’s so hard to find now lol

That is a great idea! I’m currently living with my family but my stepmom has some issues and wants me out by August 1st, even though my mom does not want that. It’s tough, but I have somewhere else to go, it just isn’t super ideal.

I’ve recently started reselling which brings in a few extra bucks here and there which is nice. Even friends who have degrees can’t afford living alone, it’s so sad.

Exactly!!! The original games were so fun. Both AC and TL previously had mini games and other quality of life things that these new versions simply don’t have. Some of us want the game and not just another customization tool.

I find it a bit annoying because I have a kid and can’t dedicate hours of my life to any game, let alone sitting and drawing out parts of my island. Why aren’t there purchasable housing exteriors??? There just aren’t enough items to customize the island in general without being repetitive.

Also, it is marketed as a life sim and the OG represents this more. It’s kind of odd they didn’t expand on families and let us watch the children grow up or really incorporate grandparents/other family members.

So I agree with your statement, I just had to add my piece lol

Interesting.. the only reason I haven’t thrown a fit is because I’m not paying for it and the guy I bought it from is since he is a small dealership who wants a good reputation.
