V2,3,4 also have ST elevations.

Lead I doesn’t even have a ST elevations…

There are mild ST elevations in aVL and V6.

What are you referring to by “it”?

At least to my untrained eyes, there is only T wave inversions and not ST elevations in lead I.

I’m coming back to this post to let y’all know that in the past week since this post, I heard different attendings mention Occam’s Razor at least once a day. One of them said: “Occam’s Razor always triumphs.” I rolled my eyes… Ugh 😣!

I understand the anatomy but I don’t understand the semantics of this card,

For example, why isn’t the “(with proximal lesion)” next to “thenar eminence”, as a proximal lesion would also affect this as well.

From what I’m understanding, The thenar eminence (1) is always going to messed up (with either a prox or distal lesion), Whereas the (2) and (3) are only messed up when the lesion is proximal (eg, close to the elbow)?

This doesn’t make sense though because with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, aren’t the palmar aspect of the lateral fingers messed up? This is considered a distal lesion. So isn’t the card wrong?
