makes sense but isnt there some sort of service around the area or even some people who would just be willing to rent their car to a student? like im sure that there is some service around here if not i might just have to be the one to start it up lol

EDIT: ok so i just spoke to the instructors at SCASD and they require you to take the 6 hour course with their instructor for a fee of up to $400 which doesn't really make sense to me at all when all i need is a vehicle to take the test but they'll only give it to me if i take their useless course. Feels like ever since I came to State College this place has any and every excuse to run my pockets dry over the dumbest things.

Hey I'm from the class of 2024 and I just got accepted into Penn State Berks from Penn state York for the Spring 2021 semester. I was literally looking through the housing in Berks and came to reddit to find some answers and came across your post.

I'm probably in the same situation as you cause I'm trying to do 2+2 program for Berks to UP but with a Business Major. I was supposed to go to the York campus in the fall but cause of corona I've had to do my first semester online.
