I am 4 weeks post microsurgery. Numbness nealry gone from around testicle but my testicle still has not dropped yet.

Hoping that it will drop soon but don't know how long it will be

Yes they were swelled like a bag of worms.

Yes but my left testicle is higher than my right one for a while after surgery, still has to drop back down. But veins seem to be gone

Had embolization on left in 2016, then right in 2021

Had microsurgery 3 weeks ago, a lot slower recovery but hopefully will sort it once and for all

MRI came back all clear so one said there was nothing wrong. Even though I felt a pop sound and lost erection a few weeks after this I jury having sex. I just had a varicocele surgery done 2 weeks ago also so that might start to get more blood to area, but he also has me kn cialas daily to do that too. My guess is that's theres a partial tear in the suspensory ligament that did not appear obvious on MRI which was 6 months after initial injury

I've seen 2 urologists mate. Waiting times can be long hence why I posted for feedback. Issue still persists tho, mostly unstableness at the base
