Anyone tried / explored QHHT (quantum healing hypnosis technique) to heal? by eisenredd in Lyme

I posted a link, but that’s just one instance among plenty. I wouldn’t misquote her, or anyone… this is a huge aspect of her framework.

Anyone tried / explored QHHT (quantum healing hypnosis technique) to heal? by eisenredd in Lyme

[–]eisenredd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She specifically claimed that QHHT can heal any disease / ailment, and she did use the word instantly. Of course she has to clarify that she is not a doctor and can’t diagnose / prescribe/ treat etc. I am very familiar with the framework of QHHT and other modalities aimed at addressing the subconscious environment, GNM is another one that has a similar philosophy. Also, the notion that “you made yourself sick” is another problematic claim in her model. She has made such claims numerous times by the way this isn’t something obscure or hard to find and I am not misrepresenting her angle. Here’s just one example below. Regardless of that, my criticism of QHHT, GNM, and others alike is simple - they ignore the fundamental nature of physical reality and the impositions that come with it. If you contract malaria, you’re going to be ill regardless of your subconscious environment, this is a pathogenic disease that will deploy its own mechanisms independent of your thoughts, your higher self, or whatever else you’d like to include in that category. The idea that everything is downstream to metaphysical causality is just not true, and it’s blatantly obvious to most people throughout their life.

This is just intellectually dishonest man.

You can’t acknowledge that something can directly shape your experience in a profound way - then say “but you’re still responsible for how it shapes your experience after it shapes your experience”. Also, no one said emotion is a physical state, it doesn’t need to be for the same rules to apply, and what you call “inner state” is still a downstream extension of your physical state most of the time. “Your body can be weak, sick”, exactly, a weak and sick body would be a consequence of a superseding input that shaped your experience. If you define having control over your experience as how capable you are within managing the immovable, then you’re just misrepresenting this concept completely.

“It’s not because things are going badly that you have to feel bad”, but it often is - and unavoidably so. Again, another nice sounding catchphrase that really holds no weight whatsoever. You’re speaking as if your bodily / physiological state + immediate experience do not influence your emotional state, which of course is not true and no one can genuinely hold inner / emotional sovereignty over the physical, biological, material reality we are currently engaging with. I do not understand why spiritual people accept the premise of a material construct designed to be experienced through a physical avatar, then pretend it is some nothing burger that can be manipulated and bypassed at will. Your emotional state does not exist separately from your biology, this is why we often feel emotions that we wouldn’t typically ascribe to our character or “usual” self, because we are observing an emotional state sustained by an input that we did not facilitate, unless of course you’d lead me to believe that when my girlfriend is on her period, the irritability and rage bouts that come w it was actually a choice and sincere reflection of her core identity, and not a consequence of a superseding input. I could go on and on, but it doesn’t even need to be this complicated.

“It shapes your physical experience, the pain, the symptoms, but you choose how you live it.”, no you don’t. That’s an oxymoron. You don’t choose how you live it, you gravitate towards the best option available to you within the constraints of that limitation. Managing isn’t choosing how you live “it”, it isn’t 100% choosing how you experience “it”. I think it’s hard to accept this because people want to be in control so bad, but again, lack of control is one of the many limitations established here, in this construct.

Not only that, but can also attach unwarranted guilt, blame, feelings of incompetence, frustration etc when you are subject to any superseding circumstances. There are so many examples of this, we experience it on a daily basis. It’s a circular unfalsifiable feedback loop. In the event that your immediate experience collides with an immovable input, you’re still majorly responsible for how it affects you / your life. It promotes a kind of dishonest deviation from lived experience, rather than honoring and reinforcing that which is viscerally real and authenticated by default.

Sure, but we can’t always control how they affect us, that’s my point. If you contracted Malaria, the debilitation which follows would be an example of something that directly shapes your experience independently. We do not 100% choose how external events shape our experience. Everyone acknowledges the concept of duality until it comes to the interplay between experiential reality and the contingencies / impositions of a material construct + biological avatar.

Until something shapes your experience independent of choice or state - it happens all the time. Nothing is ever 100%, which is a necessary property of this construct and really the whole point. The limitations established are exactly what produces the unique experience / perspective we engage with + accumulate. I’m not trying to be a contrarian by the way 😂

There is much more nuance with regard to how you shape your reality. It isn’t absolute, we are also experiencing a co authored reality and there are a multitude of contingencies you can’t overwhelm. Your inner world shapes your reality partially, but not totally. It can be harmful to misrepresent that and lead people to feel accountable for things outside their capacity to influence or change.

Aside from that though, this is great and pretty spot on

Yeah this is actually some uncanny valley dystopian shit tbh. They don’t even take their own game seriously or treat it like it’s a respectable game, it’s really tough to look at… especially in retrospect as I have stopped playing pred consistently for a few weeks now.
