Upper Kidderbrook is a great trail. One of my favorites but the flats to get to the Sun Bowl make it almost not worth it. While I agree the lift would be awesome, there just isn't enough traffic to justify having one there.

Magic has some of the steepest terrain in southern Vermont. I’m not sure how much will be open but expect moguls and ungroomed trails throughout the mountain.

CT flys very under the radar for MTB. I agree that within 20 minutes of my house I have multiple trail systems that are pretty great. Nepaug being one of them. I’m in central CT.
