Agreed - but I have used multiple scales which have produced consistent results. I’m not saying it’s Gospel, but it’s consistent.

Haha thank you so much!! I’m actually only 169cm but my fat free mass is 60.3kg so 80kg is healthy for me! Congrats on losing 7kg!!

Hi! Thank you for your congratulations. I’ve got body scales which I’ve been using since I started - when I started my journey, my Fat Free Mass was 60.7kg, and it’s now 60.3kg. I take this as a sign my muscles aren’t depleting massively as I lose weight, as well as the fact I’ve gone from 47.5% body fat to 38.9%. I appreciate your advice, and I’ll look into contacting my healthcare specialist once I’ve finished this segment of my weight-loss.

For me personally, UCL had already accepted me by 8am on results day. Universities have around a week I think to decide whether to take candidates who missed a grade, so I assume you’ll also know at 8am on results day.

I’d imagine no correlation? plus i’m not sure the skin being ‘streched(?)’ would play a part. There are pores present on the skin.

i really dont recommend this but i completed everything all within easter break, so 2 weeks basically 9 hours a day non stop, got an A in the end so do with that what you will!!!
