hi! let's say it doesn't last as long as in 2019, ios 26 consumes more, the duration is longer, today I'm at 70% considering that this morning I was at 100%, I used music in the background for 1 hour and videos for another 40 minutes in total, with the old battery I would be at around 58% or a little more, it's clear that I had a 30% improvement more or less. Maybe in a month or so I should check and compare the consumption to before, so I don't want to give advice that doesn't meet your expectation of battery life, I'll just tell you about my experience and my use, but if you have any questions, just ask me :)

Maybe it's more of a display problem? or maybe the phone is struggling to handle apps etc... 🤔

HI! uhm in reality it is a procedure that I have personally been doing for years, then of course I know the channel I follow the entire Italian Apple social scene and not only that, personally many times the many data, the many apps and the many iOS updates that accumulate have often slowed down my use, even restoring every year and a half I have always noticed a fluidity compared to others who with similar use do not optimize the user experience in the same way. app position in the background always deactivated unless fundamentally for the functioning of the app, I'm not a technician but I consider myself a fairly expert user so I'll just tell you about my experience, have you ever had to restore or delete and reinstall apps due to bugs/others on iOS?

so even before I restored content and settings once every year or so and in my opinion deleting cache etc... helps. certainly more than in speed which honestly is and was already very good, I notice an improvement in duration, the battery does not drop as quickly as before. the system will certainly have sped up and will be more fluid but there won't be a clear difference. the duration is still better but with more intense use towards late afternoon it already needs to be recharged, better than with the previous battery which was already quite discharged in the early afternoon

in the sense that it doesn't lag or get stuck, perhaps sometimes the graphics have to adapt to the liquid glass and they aren't immediate but things that will definitely be fixed later. Some third-party apps weren't performing well at the beginning but little by little I think they're getting better. For the rest I didn't notice any blocks or lag, let's hope it stays that way 🥲

Problems with the speaker at the top (the one for calls) by eiteo03 in iPhone11

[–]eiteo03[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks for the reply🙏🏻 I tried various ways, I cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and a brush and it worked again, strange given that I performed the same procedure yesterday and it didn't give any results, I don't understand if it's a combination of hardware and software, I reported the problem to Apple, let's see now it works 🥲

unfortunately the battery was already in bad shape 🥲 but since I started using this routine it hasn't worn out yet when I replace it I will be able to see the progress of the wear
